Recently I had family members over for dinner at our West Jordan home. I pointed out the recycling garbage can for their soda cans. But residents of Cottonwood Heights and incorporated Salt Lake City don't concern themselves with the environment or recycling. Why should they? The landfill is on the other side of the valley.
When will incorporated Salt Lake residents demand a recycling center that can accommodate curbside recycling?
