ST. GEORGE — In a mind-boggling "what are the odds" moment for parents everywhere, three sets of triplets graduated from the same high school in St. George on Thursday.

"I don't think today has really hit me yet. It's a surreal feeling," said Karley Snow, whose brother, Kasen, and sister, Kristen, smiled broadly at family and friends gathered outside the Burns Arena on the Dixie State College campus on Thursday to celebrate the triplets' graduation from Pine View High School.

All three of the Snow triplets wore chocolate-candy leis around their necks — a gooey gift they said was from their orthodontist. The 17-year-old siblings, who will turn 18 in a matter of weeks, said being a triplet has its ups and downs.

Kasen Snow said sharing a bathroom with his sisters topped his list of tough assignments.

"You just learn to love them," he said, pointing to the girls. "Because if you don't, they'll gang up on you like nothing else."

Being the only boy surrounded by girls isn't a bad thing though, said Kasen.

"I've grown up with women. I think I know what they're all about," he added, which prompted his sisters to roll their eyes and moan out loud.

Also graduating on Thursday were Kalisa, Kendra and Katie Richardson, a stately trio of 18-year-old identical triplets with strawberry-blond hair, bright smiles and an after-graduation party plan.

"We're going to California to watch a Dodgers game and go to the ocean," said Kalisa as her sisters nodded their heads in unison. "We're really excited!"

All six triplets plan to attend Dixie State College on academic scholarships, and they all say they already have careers picked out. Karley wants to be a nurse, Kasen a commercial pilot and businessman, and Kristen is interested in dental hygiene. Kalisa wants to pursue psychology, Kendra has business in mind, while Katie prefers accounting.

Another set of triplets, Trent, Tia and Tim Lamoreaux, also graduated from Pine View High School this year.
