If Cinco de Mayo was too cold for you, the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, 1355 W. 3100 South, West Valley City, will hold its third annual "Fiesta!" on Saturday, 6 p.m.-midnight.
The affair includes traditional and contemporary Mexican music, entertainment, contests, food and pinata-making and breaking. After dark, there will be the Olmec Head lighting ceremony, fireworks and dancing. For more information, log on to www.culturalcelebrationcenter.org.
