OREM — Omniture Inc. said Tuesday that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public offering of 6.8 million shares of common stock.
The underwriters have an option to buy up to 1.02 million additional shares of common stock from the company to cover any overallotments.
Omniture produces online business optimization software.
