'7 Wonders' not quite a jewel

THE WRAP-UPTHE PARENT'S TAKE: "7 Wonders of the Ancient World" seems to shine when it comes to keeping kid's interest. Another bonus for kids comes when a correct match can't be found a little arrow points to a rune to help with the next move. This is perfect for kids learning the game or who may get stuck.
Kids won't learn about history, but this game might get them interested as they help build the Colossus of Rhodes, Great Pyramid of Giza, Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Lighthouse of Alexandria, Mausoleum of Maussollos, Statue of Zeus at Olympia, and Temple of Artemis.
FINALLY: "7 Wonders of the Ancient World" can't compare to the PSP's most addictive puzzle game, "Lumines." There are different modes other than story mode; however, they are little more than rebuilding what you've already built. "Bejeweled" is what "7 Wonders of the Ancient World" wants to be. Yes, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery — if done right. Too bad "7 Wonders of the Ancient World" won't make anyone confuse it for "Bejeweled."
