Mexican heritage exhibit

Two art exhibits celebrating Mexican heritage and culture are on display at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, 1355 W. 3100 South, West Valley City.

"La Loteria" features a series of 54 paintings based on the traditional game of chance by Phoenix artist Teresa Villegas. "Juegos Mexicanos: Mexican Games," a collection of additional Mexican games curated by local community members, will also be on display, along with celebratory photographs by local artist Guadalupe Rodriguez.

The exhibits run through June 6, Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Fridays by appointment.
