Question: I am an artist, and I was telling a friend who is also an artist that I recall seeing a movie that I remember only one thing about. A young woman who is an artist has invited a man into her loft. She says she wants him to see something, and she walks behind a curtain and begins this display of a work of art that she has put together, and as I recall, there are flashes of light and fuses of sparklers, and at the end a portion of the piece ignites. I know this is not much to go on, but it's all I can recall. Can you help?

Answer: Sounds to me like a scene from "Legal Eagles," a 1986 film with Robert Redford, Debra Winger and Darryl Hannah.

It's on video and DVD, if you want to confirm it.

Question: I'm looking for a movie about a man named Kahl. It is based on a true story about farmers selling off their land and machinery because of taxes they owe. Kahl blames the government and will not pay taxes. He goes to jail, and his family attacks the FBI and kills several agents. Kahl is a family name, and I'm trying to find out if we are related.

Answer: Lots of time on your hands, eh? That's the 1991 TV movie "In the Line of Duty: Manhunt in the Dakotas," with Rod Steiger as Gordon Kahl. The cast also includes Michael Gross, Christopher Rich and Amy Wright.

It's on video.

Question: Would you please tell my husband and me the name of the song in the Target commercial?

Answer: That's "A Little Bit More," by Jamie Lidell.

Question: I just moved to Madison, Ind., and people here keep talking about a local haunted house that ended up being the subject of a TV movie. But no one can remember anything else about it. Can you fill in the gaps, including if it's on video?

Answer: I think they're talking about the 1996 TV movie "The Uninvited," with Sharon Lawrence, Beau Bridges and Alex D. Linz. In true Hollywood style, Madison was played by a studio backlot. And hey! It's on DVD.

Question: I have just seen the movie "Reign Over Me" and failed to stay to see the credits. Could you please tell me the name of the song played at the opening and who is singing it?

Answer: That's "Simple Man" by Graham Nash, from the CD "Songs for Beginners."

Question: Seeing Regis Philbin back on TV reminded me of when he was on "The Joey Bishop Show" and got fired on the air. Is that episode on VHS or DVD?

Answer: Actually, the "firing" of Philbin is one of those TV urban legends. It never really happened.
