Funeral services have been scheduled Saturday in Heber for LDS Mission President Ralph L. Duke, a businessman and religious leader who was killed in a traffic accident May 10 while serving as president of the Uganda Kampala Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
A viewing will be held Friday, at 6 p.m. at the Heber North Stake Center, 521 E. 500 North. The funeral is scheduled Saturday at 1 p.m. at the stake center.
Duke, 57, and his wife, Kim, were returning from the Entebbe Airport, presumably to the mission office in Kampala, the morning of May 10 when the accident occurred. The couple has four adult children. Their son, Spencer Duke, flew to Kampala to be with his mother and help arrange to bring his father's body home.
