A Monday sentencing for an admitted drunken driver who killed three people has been rescheduled.
Carlos Rodolfo Prieto, who previously pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree felony automobile homicide, will be sentenced May 24.
Prieto, 25, pleaded guilty to driving drunk on Dec. 24, 2006, and hitting a car carrying a Cedar Hills family returning home after doing some last-minute shopping and attending a Christmas play.
Killed were Cheryl Ceran, 47; her son, Ian Ceran, 15; and her daughter, Julianna Ceran, 7.
The husband, Gary Ceran, 45, survived the crash along with two other children, Caleb, 12, and Clarissa, 18. Eyewitnesses say the pickup truck driven by Prieto ran a red light and hit the Cerans' vehicle.
