Boozer said the Warriors "did a great job boxing me out today; that left it open for Memo." The Warriors also again had a man in front and a man behind him trying to limit his shots.

But the Jazz found other ways. "We've grown up so much. Maybe it just took getting in the playoffs, maybe going down to Houston (winning Game 7 in a comeback)," Boozer said.

Kirilenko, so out of sorts in Game 1 at Houston, continues his strong play since then . "Doing great," he said, adding he was a point guard when he started his career in Russia, so playing the point in Utah's moment of need with Dee Brown hurt, Derek Fisher not back in town following a medical leave for one of his children and Williams in foul trouble was not a problem. "I don't think it's my position, but once in a while I can play it."

But it was more his big all-around game that helped Utah, including those blocks — 13 in two games against the Warriors. He hadn't expected to be able to do that again since he thought the Warriors would adjust for him.

Because he can play both guard spots and Matt Harpring can play small forward, "It gives us a very tall lineup, especially against a smaller lineup as Golden State present, we have a little advantage, especially on the board. Especially the end of the game you need the offensive boards. I think we won the game on those offensive board."
