Right, Matt Harpring, back, celebrates as Deron Williams runs out the clock with the ball for the victory. The Jazz raced to a 10-point lead in the opening quarter, but the Warriors quickly tied the score. In the closing minutes, the lead seesawed back and forth. With the teams tied at 112, the Jazz scored the final four points of the contest for the 116-112 triumph. Williams scored 31 points for the Jazz, and Carlos Boozer had 20 rebounds. Game 2 is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday in Salt Lake City.
