ST. GEORGE The board of directors of SkyWest Inc. has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 3 cents per common share.
The dividend is payable June 6 to shareholders of record June 29.
SkyWest subsidiaries are St. George-based SkyWest Airlines and Atlanta-based Atlantic Southeast Airlines.
They serve about 229 cities in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean with approximately 2,549 daily flights.
SkyWest stock rose 23 cents Monday to close at $26.61 per share. During the past year, the price has ranged from $20.88 to $28.60.
