On the boys side, Timpanogos' Silas Pimentel almost single-handedly powered his team to a top finish with wins in the 100 (10.75) and 200 (21.62). Box Elder got individual titles from Hyrum Iverson in the 110-hurdles (14.68) and Roman Neville in the javelin (169-02).

Judge thrower Colin Boevers dominated in the field, as his shot put throws necessitated a lengthening of the pit. He established a new meet record for the second week in a row, this time with a throw of 64 feet, 5 inches.

Boevers also won the discus with a toss of 178-10.

Bingham's 4x100 team of Tyler Conrad, Remington Marlor, Brooks Measom and Tyler Walker continued their dominance in the event with a win in 42.69 seconds against a vicious wind in the backstretch. Mountain Crest senior Justin Hedin won the 800 (2:00.80) and came back moments later to anchor the Mustangs' first-place medley relay team with a time of 3:40.70.

Other winners included: Orem's Tom Steele in the 300 hurdles (39.80); Snow Canyons' Adam Timo in the long jump (22-4); Skyline's Jeff Daw in the 400 (50.30) and Steven Clarke in the 1,600 (4:21.62).
