I find it hard to believe that a group of people would want to hold anti-Cheney rallies because he is to speak at the BYU commencement exercises. If they are unhappy, they don't have to attend the ceremony or read about his speech in the media. Why waste their energy when there are other areas that need individual or group support, such as the needy, the homeless and uneducated children, etc.
