BYU panel to discuss Cheney, war on terror

PROVO — A panel discussion on "Vice President Cheney and the Global War on Terror" will be Monday from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Brigham Young University.

Each panelist at the event, which will be held in the Varsity Theater, will present a short statement to be followed by panel discussion.

After the panel speaks, the floor will be open for audience questions.

Jeff Ringer, director of the David M. Kennedy Center, will moderate the panel. Among those joining him will be Darren G. Hawkins, international relations coordinator and Donna Lee Bowen, Middle East Studies/Arabic coordinator.

Admission is free and the public is welcome to attend.
