• The Utah Orchid Society's annual spring Orchid Show and Sale will be held Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., at Red Butte Garden, 300 Wakara Way. Admission is free for Red Butte Garden members, $6 for adults, $4 for senior citizens.

• More than 250,000 tulip bulbs in 95 varieties will be on display during the third-annual tulip festival April 13-28 at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi.
