Band auditions

Supernal Records is creating a rhythm-and-blues group in the same vein as the reality TV show "Making the Band." This program will be called "Create the Group."

Auditions for band members will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Historic Southworth Hall, 116 W. Center Street, in Provo. Contestants should come prepared with a one-minute audition song that will be sung a capella. They also need to bring a one-page written resume of their music/entertainment experiences.

Judges will include Lionel Richie, manager David Loeffler, singer Jenny Jordan Frogley, and The Jets' drummer Rudy Wolfgramm. The event will be hosted by actor/producer Michael B. For more information contact Sam Schultz at 801-921-4591.
