UTAH STATE PRISON There's been another shake-up in management in the Utah Department of Corrections.
Newly appointed corrections chief Tom Patterson announced Tuesday that Gunnison prison warden Lowell Clark has been tapped to be the new director of institutional operations for the department. Alfred "Chuck" Bigelow will replace him as warden.
Steven Turley has also been chosen to be warden of the Draper prison. On Tuesday, Patterson announced the creation of a programming division to expand opportunities for inmates leaving prison. Craig Burr, a former deputy warden for the Gunnison prison, will now handle those duties.
