CEDAR HILLS The City Council will again consider giving preliminary site-plan approval to Wal-Mart tonight.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Cedar Ridge Elementary School, 4501 W. Cedar Hills Drive.
The council began discussing the issue two weeks ago. Council members postponed a vote on the proposal because discussion lasted into the early morning hours.
Residents have expressed concerns about the size of the building and the amount of traffic and noise that will be generated.
