The Salt Lake Chamber will honor five small businesses during its 2007 Small Business Awards luncheon from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Salt Lake City Marriott Downtown, 75 S. West Temple.
Dan England, chairman of the board of C.R. England, will be the keynote speaker.
