An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman facing federal identity theft charges stemming from last December's immigration raid at the Swift & Co. plant in Hyrum.
The warrant was issued after Araceli Anguiano-Estrada failed to appear Thursday in federal court for a change of plea hearing.
Anguiano-Estrada faces a charge of aggravated identity theft and three related charges. She is among 15 people facing federal charges after agents arrested 145 people at the Hyrum plant as part of a multi-state enforcement.
Of the 15, those who have pleaded guilty so far have been sentenced to a year and a day, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
