LINDON — DirectPointe, an information technology outsourcing services company, announced Thursday that it has purchased Provo-based STI (System Technology Inc.), a provider of managed print services.
Financial terms of the deal between the two privately held companies were not disclosed.
Lindon-based DirectPointe said in a statement that the addition of printing services will complement its existing managed desktop, server and networking services.
