Salt Lake-based Fonix Corp., which provides speech interfaces for mobile devices, handheld electronics, video game systems and processors, on Thursday posted a net loss of $21.9 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2006, compared to a net loss of $22.6 million in 2005.
Revenues for 2006 were $1.33 million, compared to $1.36 million in 2005.
Fonix reported that the loss attributable to common stockholders for 2006 was $40.7 million, compared to $23.9 million in 2005.
Net loss from continuing operations was 4 cents per share in both years.
