Films are better cleaned up

If U.S. District Judge Richard P. Matsch believes that movies showing simulated and possibly real sex acts are creative artistic expressions that deserve copyright protection, then I believe we need new judges. Nevertheless, let the voyeurs have their big screen and television sexual fantasies. Just take away the copyright protection so people like Utah County's CleanFlicks can clean them up for the rest of us.
