The Heber City Council has voted to annex Red Ledges, a 1,900-acre private golf and recreational mountain community, into its city limits.
The annexation approval comes after months of public hearings and an agreement between Heber City, Wasatch County, Twin Creeks Special Service District and Red Ledges.
The development will include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, tennis academy and an equestrian center.
