HUNTER ED CLASSES
Some major changes have been made to Utah's hunter education course.
Fees will go from $6 to $10, but students will receive a free hunting license.
The license allows a graduate to hunt small game and is valid for 365 days from the day issued.
Starting April 1, students must register in advance at any Division of Wildlife Resources office or hunting license agent in Utah.

WOLF'S SPRING DERBY
Wolf Mountain will celebrate its second season during the Spring Kickoff Weekend featuring its SoapBox Derby on Saturday.

The derby is an anything-goes fun race. People can ski or ride on any device that is hill worthy. This could include everything from sofas to bathtubs.
The derby will start at noon. The resort reserves the right to reject entrants deemed unsafe.

NORDIC PURSUIT RACE
The 15K Nordic Pursuit race will be Saturday at Snowbasin. It will consist of a 7.5K classical and 7.5K skate skiing. There will be a mass start and the track is a loop course.
There are several age classes open. The race will start at 10 a.m. Entry fee is $7. For information call 801-620-1016.
QUAD RUGBY TOURNAMENT
Mountain Division Sectionals of wheelchair quad rugby will be held this weekend at Crimson Courts-Hyper Complex located on the University of Utah campus.
Top teams will be going for the Mountain championship. The top four teams will be invited to the nationals in Kentucky in April.
Competition will be Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to noon.
Utah's only team, the Scorpions, is ranked 18th.
