Brigham Young University Museum of Art will host a lecture on the evolution of photo-mechanical processes by Tom Wells, curator and photo archivist for the L. Tom Perry Special Collections Department of the Harold B. Lee Library. The lecture, held in conjunction with the exhibit "The Quiet Landscapes of William B. Post," will take place Tuesday evening, from 7-8, in the MOA's Art Auditorium. The lecture is free and open to the public.
Art in Transit announces an opportunity for a public art commission at the multimodal transit site in west downtown Salt Lake City. With a commission budget of $185,000, the art should address the light rail station, the commuter rail station and the plaza that connects the two.
