KSFI (" FM-100") is back on top of the ratings heap for the first time in a year.
For part one of the Arbitron winter ratings book, the station has an audience share of 9.1 percent for listeners ages 12-plus. That puts it ahead of sister station KSL (AM-1160/FM-102.7), which had a 7.4 percent share.
Some sort of post-holiday habit of music listening is possibly to credit for KSFI's jump, since it had a similar rise last winter.
KUBL (FM-93.3) remained at third place, a position it has been glued to for more than a year with a 5.3 share.
KOSY (FM-106.5) may have also benefitted from a post-holiday music habit as it leaped to fourth place and a 4.8 percent share its best ranking since the fall of 2005.
KXRK ("X96") slipped to fifth with a 4.3 share, its worst performance since last winter but traditionally its slowest time of the year.
The remainder of the top 30 are:
