Utah sodomy laws make consensual behavior between adults both gay and straight a class B misdemeanor punishable by a $1,000 fine and six months imprisonment. The Supreme Court of the United States ruled these laws unconstitutional in 2003.
Chris Buttars, Curtis Bramble and those who followed them in blocking Scott McCoy's attempts to purge Utah's code of these illegal and offensively invasive laws should get a clue.
