OREM An anti-television graffiti artist was arrested Thursday night for spray-painting garbage bins.
An Orem officer pulled up behind the Toys-R-Us in Orem and noticed a man sitting in a vehicle, said Orem Police Lt. Doug Edwards.
Shining his flashlight into the vehicle, the officer found a 32-year-old man wearing rubber gloves and holding a can of spray paint, Edwards said.
The man also had a stencil in the vehicle that showed a television being thrown into a trash bin with the words "Kill TV" underneath.
The man admitted to painting a garbage bin and was booked into the Orem holding facility for investigation of criminal mischief.
