Rulon D. Pope, professor of economics and associate dean of the College of Family, Home and Social Sciences at Brigham Young University, will be the keynote speaker at the Martin B. Hickman Lecture at 7 p.m. Thursday at 250 Spencer W. Kimball Tower on the BYU campus.
Admission is free, and the public is welcome to attend.
Pope's address will be "Deal or No Deal: Risk Aversion, Smoothing and Prudence."
