Galaxy Park LLC has purchased the 38,015-square-foot facility at 1980 S. 4524 West in the Centennial Industrial Park, according to NAI Utah Commercial.
The seller was an entity involving real estate investor/developer Randy Abood. Terms were not disclosed.
Galaxy Park is associated with Advantage Transportation. Galaxy Park has been occupying the facility on a lease basis.
