Speedskaters to compete

The International Skating Union World Single Distances Championships will be held March 8-11 beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Utah Olympic Oval, 5662 S. 4800 West (Cougar Lane), Kearns.

The championship will include the fastest speedskaters from all over the globe. This world-class event is the biggest speedskating competition in the world, outside of the Olympic games.

Ticket prices are $7 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under, students with ID and senior citizens. Children 5 and under are free with a paying adult. All tickets are general admission, and tickets are per person per day.
