The Utah Transit Authority displays the first of its FrontRunner locomotives on Friday at its commuter rail maintenance facility in Salt Lake City. The locomotive, built by MotivePower in Boise, is the first of 11 for UTA's high-speed commuter rail system. When FrontRunner begins operating in mid-2008, the locomotives will pull up to 10 cars. The project is currently about 65 percent completed.
