Bluffdale-based UCN Inc. said Thursday it has closed on the purchase of ScheduleQ LLC of Salt Lake.
With the move, UCN acquires ScheduleQ's work force management software product.
The acquisition price includes cash, stock and notes. UCN will pay ScheduleQ liabilities of $256,324. ScheduleQ owners will receive 108,912 shares of UCN restricted common stock and a noninterest-bearing note of $360,676 with a term of four years. Also, over a four-year period, UCN will pay between $100,000 and $982,000 in earn-outs.
