UCN closes agreement on Echo acquisition
Bluffdale-based UCN Inc. on Tuesday said it has closed on the agreement to acquire a hosted call center survey and analysis business operated under the Echo name by Benchmark Portal.
The terms include a $500,000 initial payment in cash and more than 1.5 million UCN restricted common-stock shares. There are provisions for additional earn- outs.
