FARMINGTON Prosecutors said they have found more victims and filed more criminal charges against a West Bountiful man accused of molesting girls.
Charles Craig Zamora, 37, was charged in 2nd District Court with aggravated sex abuse of a child and two counts of rape of a child, all first-degree felonies. During his arraignment Thursday, Zamora pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Zamora is already facing a 2006 charge of sodomy upon a child.
According to a probable cause statement filed with the charges, Davis County prosecutors allege Zamora sexually abused three different girls beginning in 2005. Two of the girls were threatened to keep them silent, prosecutors said.
"The defendant threatened to kill the child if she told anyone," Davis County Attorney Troy Rawlings wrote.
