OREM Marilynne Robinson, author of the award-winning novels "Gilead" and "Housekeeping," will speak Friday at Utah Valley State College.
Robinson will speak at 7 p.m. in the Ragan Theater of the Sorensen Student Center.
Robinson, who teaches creative writing at the University of Iowa, received the Pulitzer Prize in 2005 for "Gilead." "Housekeeping" was included in The New York Times Books of the Century and listed as one of the 100 greatest novels of all time by the UK Guardian Observer.
