Survivor: Fiji (7 p.m., Ch. 2): One of the best reality shows on TV begins its 14th season with a couple of twists. First, all of the castaways are in the same tribe when they arrive on the island — they won't be divided into two groups until the third day. And, second, one tribe will be living a (relatively) luxurious life while the other has to scratch out a meager existence. Oh, and this time there is not one but TWO hidden immunity idols! Gasp! On a more serious note, after enduring all sorts of unwarranted criticism for temporarily dividing its cast along racial lines last fall, "Survivor" comes back with another incredibly diverse group of contestants this time — 13 of the 19 castaways are African-American, Asian-American or Hispanic.

Ugly Betty (7 p.m., Ch. 4): Mode is in chaos with Alex (now Alexis) back from the "dead," and Bradford is under arrest for the murder of Faye.

My Name Is Earl (7 p.m., Ch. 5): Joy discovers she has a half sister who turns out to be her lifelong mortal enemy.

Smallville (7 p.m., Ch. 30): Somebody is stalking Lana.

Women's college basketball (7 p.m., mtn.): Air Force Academy at BYU

The Office (7:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Michael and Dwight cause trouble at Phyllis' wedding.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (8 p.m., Ch. 2): Grissom (William Petersen) returns from his sabbatical. And what's with Keppler (Liev Schreiber), who seems to be somehow connected to a murder that's under investigation.

Grey's Anatomy (8 p.m., Ch. 4): The interns face their biggest challenge in the first of a three-episode story arc.

Scrubs (8 p.m., Ch. 5): J.D., Turk and an entourage head to Tacoma (in Kelso's "borrowed" RV) for Kim's ultrasound; Cox and Jordan get some troublesome news about their unborn child.

The O.C. (8 p.m., Ch. 13): With only three episodes left to go before the series finale, there's a major shake-up. Literally. An earthquake puts the lives of the regulars in danger.

Supernatural (8 p.m., Ch. 30): Is Sam turning evil? There's evidence that he killed another hunter.

30 Rock (8:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Liz has a secret admirer.

Shark (9 p.m., Ch. 2): A young star is killed when her car crashes while she's being chased by paparazzi; Stark goes after the photographers.

Men in Trees (9 p.m., Ch. 4): Marin gets some unexpected help on her cabin.

ER (9 p.m., Ch. 5): Pratt faces felony charges.
