CALIFORNIA WELCOMES YOU. The 2007 California Official State Visitor's Guide and Travel Planner is, in our humble opinion, the best yet. It's thicker and more comprehensive than previous versions, and the map is big enough that we can read it without our glasses! The booklet is divided into 12 regions. Features include "drive guides," pointing out the highlights of each region; "top ten" rankings of things to do or see in each area; and a short list of blockbuster events. Order your free copy online at www.visitcalifornia.com.

STRETCHING YOUR DOLLARS. Download and print discount vouchers to nearly 50 of California's leading attractions — from the San Diego Zoo to LEGOLAND California, from Universal Studios Hollywood to Roaring Camp Railroads. Click on www.cafunsports.com or www.californiarewardscard.com.

SEATTLE SCULPTURE PARK. You now have a new place to see Seattle on foot. The Olympic Sculpture Park, which connects the Belltown neighborhood downtown and the Seattle waterfront with a sweeping pedestrian path offering views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, opened Jan. 20. Along the way you'll get views of other things, too — sculptures and major works by artists such as Richard Serra, Alexander Calder and Mark di Suvero. The 9-acre park, commissioned by the Seattle Art Museum, is open to the public free of charge.

DELTA'S CROWN ROOM TAKES THE CAKE. Readers of Executive Travel Magazine chose Delta's Crown Room Clubs as the best airport lounges in the publication's 2006 Leading Edge Awards. The airline has 44 clubs in 36 cities around the world. The latest additions: a location in Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport's Concourse C and one in Sao Paulo, Brazil. For more locations, go to www.delta.com. Delta's SkyMiles program came in as the second-best domestic frequent flier program.
