Brian Mauldwin, the face and voice of the I-15 reconstruction project for the past year, is heading on down the highway.
Mauldwin, 35, will leave his position as spokesman and business affairs program manager for Wasatch Constructors on Oct. 30 to become public affairs director for Circle Four Farms in Milford.Mauldwin, a native of the San Jose, Calif., area, is a BYU graduate. He moved to the Salt Lake Valley from California in 1995 to work for the Utah Transit Authority, then signed on with Wasatch in 1997.
As spokesman for Wasatch, which strictly limits other employees' contact with the media, Mauldwin has fielded nearly every project-related question for the construction consortium for the past year.
Mauldwin said he accepted the Circle Four Farms offer in part because it is a promotion and pay increase, and a chance to live in a smaller community.
