Six "loaded" nachos = 97 minutes of being the team mascot. Topped with cheese, beans and ground beef, you're up to 569 calories. Add sour cream and guacamole for another 150 calories. (Use nutrition-rich, fat-free salsa instead.)

Two handfuls of Chex Mix = 30 minutes jumping up and down after your team scores. At 280 calories per ounce, Chex Mix is still high in calories even though it's lower in fat than chips.

Six ounces baked ziti = playing pro football for 39 minutes. (Cut your portion size.)

A 16-ounce bowl of chili = running the length of 100 football fields. That's about 500 calories; a topping of shredded cheese and sour cream adds another 150 calories.

Two handfuls of potato chips = running 45 football fields. Each handful is about an ounce, so two handfuls of chips have about 300 calories. Add 2 tablespoons of onion dip (60 calories), and you'll be running another nine football fields. (Try low-fat chips and dip.)
