STAG Capital Partners has acquired a 383,000-square-foot industrial park at 500 W. 500 South, Lindon, from GNL Lindon LLC, according to NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The sale includes four buildings, three of which are occupied by ModusLink and the other by Novell.
STAG, based in Boston, specializes in the acquisition and management of single-tenant net leased properties. This is the company's first Utah purchase.
