MOAB — A Salt Lake man was killed Tuesday when his SUV crashed into a concrete wall, ejecting him.

The Utah Highway Patrol said Russell Cabot White, 31, was driving an SUV towing a small utility trailer when it went off U.S. 191. Troopers said the vehicle came back on the road, crossed into northbound traffic lanes and rolled.

It then hit a wall and ejected White, who died at the scene. White was not wearing a seat belt, troopers said.
