ST. GEORGE SkyWest Inc. on Wednesday reported mostly increased operational statistics for December, compared with those from the same month in 2005.
Revenue passenger miles grew 10.7 percent to 1.3 billion. Available seat miles increased 12.4 percent to 1.7 billion. Load factor was down 1.1 percent to 75.7 percent. Passenger boardings grew 4.2 percent to more than 2.5 million.
St. George-based SkyWest Airlines and Atlanta-based ASA are SkyWest's wholly owned subsidiaries. They serve a total of about 229 cities in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean with approximately 2,426 daily flights.
