'Outlaw Trail' to start LDS film fest

Presenters will include James Huntsman, one of the presidents of Arsgaard Entertainment; Rob Diamond and Kels Goodman, writer/director and producer of "Tears of a King, the Latter Days of Elvis Presley" (clips of the movie will be shown); Ryan Little and Adam Abel, founders of Go Films; and Kieth Merrill, a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and a two-time Academy Award Nominee and winner for his feature documentary "Great American Cowboy."

Adam Robertson, SCERA president and CEO, said he is happy the SCERA can help further the cause of independent filmmakers for the second year in a row.

"We have the space, rooms and screens to make this a wonderful event for filmmakers and the public alike," Robertson said.

A festival pass is available for $45 and day passes for $28. Tickets may be purchased at the SCERA Center, by calling 225-2569 or online at www.scera.org.
