2.Bingham (8-1) Class: 5A

Was: 3. Last week:1-0. Outlook: Annual game with Layton was easier this season than in the past.

3. Skyline (8-1) Class: 5A

Was: 1. Last week: 0-1. Outlook: The Eagles loss to Fremont shows the parity in 5A as no team is without a loss now.

4.American Fork (9-1) Class: 5A

Was: 5. Last week: DNP. Outlook: The Cavemen are enjoying a stellar pre-season, but region play will be tough.

5.Fremont (7-2) Class: 5A

Was: 6. Last week: 1-1. Outlook: Silver Wolves still finding themselves as evidenced by loss to Mtn. Crest and win over Skyline.

6.Brighton (6-3) Class: 5A

Was: 4. Last week 1-2. Outlook: Out-of-state tournament was rough, but Bengals will bounce back.

7.Taylorsville (7-3) Class: 5A

Was: 7. Last week: 1-0. Outlook: Warriors continue to roll with win over Kearns, but region will be challenging.

8.Mtn. Crest (6-2) Class: 4A

Was: 11. Last week:1-0. Outlook: The Mustangs are showing their potential with win over Fremont.

9.Orem (6-4) Class: 4A

Was: 9. Last week: DNP. Outlook: Tigers look ready to challenge for the region title.

10. Riverton (6-3) Class: 5A

Was: 10. Last week 1-0 Outlook: The Silverwolves bounce back from two losses, but region play will be brutal.
