You'll see some repetition in these lists. Some of the "best" productions were that good because they contained some of the "best" actors.

Local theatergoers are also well aware of the array of professional talent in this region — both actors and directors, all of which add up to memorable theater.

Here's a glimpse of the best and worst of theater in Utah during 2006:
