Zion National Park will be open for the holidays.
People can enjoy the park even on Christmas and New Years Days. Hiking trails will be open, but some could be closed due to icy conditions.
The Zion and Kolob Canyons Visitor Centers will be closed on Christmas Day, and open on New Year's Day. The Zion Human History Museum is closed for the winter.
The Zion Lodge will be open throughout the holiday season.
Rangers will be staffing the entrance stations and the Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel, and will also be on patrol throughout the park. Visitors needing a backcountry permit should inform the ranger at the entrance station.
