"Dissecting a Deal" will be the topic of Thursday's MountainWest Capital Network monthly luncheon, which takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Little America Hotel, 500 S. Main.
Panelists will discuss and answer questions about the "going private" transaction and ultimate sale of English Language Learning and Instruction System.
Panelists are Rohit Patel, chief executive officer of ELLIS; Devin Thorpe of Thorpe Capital; and Tom Taylor of Holme Roberts & Owen.
Registration is encouraged by Tuesday.
